Warm-o-rama: side straddle hops, Don Quixotes, Abe Vigodas, overhead claps, seal claps, squat holds, runner’s stretch, calf stretch
Pass-the-pumpkin mosey: definition: a goose run with a large pumpkin involved. PAX form a single file line and run a predetermined route. Pumpkin starts with the first PAX and gets passed down the line until reaching the end. PAX at the end runs to the front with the pumpkin and the fun starts over.
The Thang: Fantastic Beasts!
Centaur: definition: half man/half beast, two PAX work together – one is the beast, one is the man. Beast starts in plank position. Man grabs beast by ankles and proceeds to walk forward. Commonly known as the wheelbarrow.
Centaur 40 yds with partner, complete 40 monkey humpers, switch with partner and centaur back, complete 40 monkey humpers.
Centaur 40 yds, complete 40 flutter kicks, centaur back, complete 40 flutter kicks.
Centaur 20 yds, complete 30 Supermans, centaur back, complete 30 Supermans.
Centaur 10 yds, complete 20 Spiderman merkins, centaur back, complete 20 Spiderman merkins.
Another round of pass-the-pumpkin.
Then some zombie lunges (lunge with arms outstretched):
20 yards out, backpedal back
20 yards out, complete 20 burpees, reverse lunge back. Recover
One more round of pass-the-pumpkin.
Ghost Busters: theme song to Ghost Busters plays, high knees/butt kicks throughout, every time “Ghostbusters” is said, complete one burpee. Plank jacks during the bridge.
Ended with some Mary: 30 zombie crunches each side (LBCs with knees to one side), dead cockroaches, finished with hammers.

CoT: we were reminded that much like the golden leaves of fall, not all that is beautiful lasts forever. This group of HIMs shows up for one another and is always there for each other especially through the messy parts. It’s more than a workout. Always has been. Always will be.
