Thang 1 – Single’s Ladder Match
Starting at 10 each of Merkin’s, Big Boys, Squats then increasing reps by 10.
After each batch, run a lap, then start over at 20, lap, then 30, lap, etc
After 10 minutes, the evil commissioner came out and provided a 30 pound championship plate for the leader to carry, then started assigning additional exercises to others.
Thang 2- Tag Team
Evil commissioner created teams.
Repeat the ladder starting at 10 while partner lunges 20 yards and bear crawls back. Tags out to partner and continues ladder.
This last 10 minutes
