We broke into 2 teams and then took on a 4 bracket (N, S, E, W) challenge. Each backet had 16 exercises totaling 225 reps.
Each team completed 2 brackets and was on the next when time was called.
This Workout was a repeater from last year. Fogger put together a nasty set of brackets and I wanted to bring them back. Pulling together 64 exercises that followed a relentless pattern tired every PAX. It is an all-time great if you ask me.
And to prove it, “[email protected]#* Fogger” was spontaneously offered just prior to the Count-o-Rama. Wicked Fogger.
A special appreciation to the PAX who showed after the Sham-Ruck. It was not an easy turnaround. And further appreciation for Saturday coffee. If you don’t put a Saturday coffee on your calendar – you should.
