4 Stations- Do Sets Until Failure of:
1) Pull Ups (15 total)
2) Dips (50 total)
3) Balls to the wall/Overhead press (100 count)
4) Merkins (100)
This didn’t work well as we ran out of time; but the thought was to do a set until failure; do another exercise to failure, keep rotating until you’ve reached the cumulative goals (15, 50, 100, 100). I’ll work on adjusting.

While the quote source was unexpected, the quote resonates because if we quit when we are tired, we would never push ourselves to get up and come out in the gloom, and stop accelerating.
Naked Man Moleskin- I totally forgot I was supposed to be q until noon yesterday when I didn’t see a PreBlast and was going to call someone out. I Googled Exhausted Tuesday and the fantastic meme inspired the workout!
