  1. Jog 1/4 mile to nearby blacktop
  2. Pax run back and forth on blacktop, doing different workouts at each end
    1. Round 1 – Set of 20 curls, jog across to complete 5 BOMBS.  Repeat for 8 minutes.
    2. Round 2 – Set of 15 kettle bells, jog across to complete 5 bombs.  Sprint back. Repeat for 10 minutes.
