- Jog 1/4 mile to nearby blacktop
- Pax run back and forth on blacktop, doing different workouts at each end
- Round 1 – Set of 20 curls, jog across to complete 5 BOMBS. Repeat for 8 minutes.
- Round 2 – Set of 15 kettle bells, jog across to complete 5 bombs. Sprint back. Repeat for 10 minutes.
