When you commit to a workout, even though that Preblast or that Q or even that day’s workout might not be what you need for your specific training plan, keep in mind that sometimes when you “HC” for a beatdown, that has a greater influence on someone that you may not even know about. It gave me huge motivation when the two made the individual decision to HC’d and join me, sometimes your presence and encouragement has a greater benefit to someone else that you don’t even know.
