60 m sprints at square track w partner:  50%, 75% and 100%. Rinse and repeat 4 times. 20 dips and 20 overhead claps

Mosey to Scoville hill: W a partner.  One partner bear crawls up and jogs down.  Other partner works to complete the following in total:  50 swhitch jump burpees, 50 shoulder tap pushups, 50 flutter kicks

Stop in the alley by ATT building for (2) one min wall sits: normal and Russian

Mosey back to Wreck Center for Mary:  30 seconds of each with a 10 second rest:  Twists, plank step ups, V sit, butt ups, heel touches, superman, ironman, bicycle crunches, plank w touch shoulders and knees
