Quarter pounder – line up on end line of field, sprint 25 yards and do 25 merkins, backpedal to start. Sprint 50 and do 50 squats, backpedal to start. Sprint 75 and do 75 mountain climbers (L/R is 1), backpedal to start. Sprint 100 and do 100 SSHs, backpedal to start. Recovery jog lap around field.
Bataan Death Crawl – bear crawl in single file around perimeter of field, last person drops and does 5 burpees, running to catch up to front of line. Continue with last person now dropping to do burpees. Continued for one half lap around field. Recovery jog lap.
Caterpillar – PAX plank side by side with separation, first person stands and box jumps over PAX legs until end and drops to a plank. Continue for the length of the field.
