9 sturdy souls posted at the Zoo Crew on a brisk Saturday morning. Frankie Favela(now “Hamburglar”) endured his first beatdown. We opened with a lap around the Admin Bldg, 15 burpees, some stretching and some Rocky Balboas. We then ran over to the lagoon bridge. There we did Dips and Sit Ups. After that, we partnered up and “almost” completed a Dora 1,2,3 routine. Partner 1 started the exercises(100 Merkins, 200 Big Boys, 300 Squats, 200 Big Boys, 100 Merkins) while Partner 2 ran down a hill and back. Then the two flap-jacked. Two sets of ATMs and 5 MOM wrapped the morning. Great having Teet, our FNG Hamburglar, Shroeder, Peaches and Brawny join the usual Pax. F3, Baby!
