While we are impacting ourselves and our community in a positive way, we are also impacting our close loved ones in many ways as well. I shared two examples of how I/we (…via F3) made an impact on others’ lives and the actions they are taking (see below).
First, I/we have inspired my wife to truly focus on her health and fitness. While she has always remained active sporadically, she found it difficult to stay committed and consistent with her workouts. For the past months, she has developed a passion for Pilates and continues to prioritize her health and credits me and what F3 has done for me. THANK YOU!
Secondly, F3 has impacted my Dad (and indirectly, many others) in a positive way as well. While he’s never “posted” before, he does, however, hear me talk about F3 and all the good we do/have done. Long story short, he was inspired enough from hearing about our volunteer work at the Brookfield Food Pantry, that he took it upon himself to start volunteering regularly at his local food pantry/kitchen. He’s enjoyed helping those in need and loves the feeling of fulfillment it brings to know he is making a difference. We helped inspire him to make a difference. THANK YOU!
