Newly plowed roads after 10-18″ of snow, I was excited to use them. So I pulled out a good workout from RA’s rolodex and we got to work. This also allowed for some mumble-chatter along the way, though things got quiet new the end. First, a few buy-in reps for the men I am ferry’ing coupons for; am glad to do it so long as they pay the piper : 5-10-15 (burpees-merkins-squats)

YHC (Your humble correspondent) expanded on Madoff’s Monday message on that it is Ash Wednesday today. An opportunity to start a new habit : block building to a better you. As we look toward the new birth of life or through our religious practices, this is a chance to renew ourselves to be better men. We’re already doing this as we address our health, relationships and religious practices … or in F3-Speak, our Fitness, Fellowship and Faith, but once we gain some ground on those aspects in our lives we have the mental ability to serve others whether it’s in our community, family or faith. A challenge to the men to keep accelerating.
Naked Man Moleskin : These are the discussions straight out of our “Forge” leadership discussions. We spent the first 10 weeks or so laying the groundwork to “Get Right” and now that we have a roadmap for that we can start to “Live Right” – making a continuous effort to make a greater impact in our communities through purposeful living.
“A man who has gotten Right is no longer expending most of his energy to merely survive.
As his personal Guardrails increase in strength through the building of positive Habits, he finds himself gradually thinking less about his own Existence and more about what the SkyQ has planned for him and how he can be a Servant to those around him. At this point, he has started to Live Third, which is to consistently and deliberately place oneself behind Creator and Community.
This is how a man is supposed to live. It is the Right life for a man.”
