Donut Shop Coupon Mosey w/ Ladders
19 PAX gathered together on an early wet morning to build each other up and rise to the Phoenix Challenge. Kodak recruited 2 solid FNGs to join in the fun.

Thang 1:
Left the Donut Shop and moseyed around the block with coupons. Stopped 5 times along the way to perform:
- 20 Grave Diggers
- 10 Blockees and 10 Curls, Rifle carry to next corner
- 20 Squats
- 20 Thrusters
- 20 Deadlifts
Thang 2:
Left coupons and moseyed to the Wreck Center. Partnered up from there to run 3 rounds of ladders.
Round 1- There and back touching the line at 3 cones of increasing distance. Partner rested between sets. 4 sets total.
Round 2- More of the same but started on belly and hit the ground at each there and back. 4 sets total.
Round 3- More of the same but hit the ground when passing each cone. 2 sets total.
CoT:
It can be challenging or seemingly impossible to forgive those that have done evil things or have hurt us in someway. Just as God has the capacity to always forgive those who are truly remorseful, we should strive to give forgiveness to those who have wronged us in our lives. Likewise, it is never too late to seek forgiveness or to choose to be a man for others.
