The Thang
We did a circuit-based workout, with one set focused on coupon work and the other mostly on abs and cardio. We got through two full rounds and a third of the first set. The first round was 35 seconds per exercise, the second 30 seconds, and the last 25 seconds. There was a short break in between each exercise and one between sets.

This will be my last post at the Tundra for a bit with my wife going back to work shortly with the end of summer. It’s been a great summer and appreciate the Tundra community. To those with school-aged kids or spouses in education, good luck with the transition back to “normal life” and try to enjoy and appreciate each season that comes your way.
