A super-humid Tuesday Gloom featured 5 pax from F3 Evanston.

While warming up, we again started with some Stoicism and food for thought:

Distance covered: 8.41 km / 5.22 miles

4 pain-stations after every mile run.

  1. CHEST VOLCANO (100 push-ups in total; variations: diamond, staggered, spider, wide and standard)
  2. BACK TSUNAMI (100 back flex in totals; variations: front, bottom, swimmers, combined)
  3. QUAD RHAPSODY (16 box jumps in total; 4 per each boulder at Northwestern cliffs)
  4. HANG ON FOR DEAR LIFE (2 sets of 30s hangs on the pull-up bar)

Kenny G had some HEAVY legs, couldn’t keep up the run pace and was falling behind, but the good men of F3 Evanston took turns in accompanying and displayed true fellowship. Leave no man behind.
