There are 5 baseball Diamonds south of the Highway in Oak Park – goal was to visit them all and do Diamond Merkins on each.

Warmups

Motivators from 7, Goofballs, Merkins, Traveled around the soccer field: power jumps, jog, lunges, backwards run.

Ran to Euclid park, on the baseball diamond did 10 Merkins, 10 Wide Arm Merkins, 10 Carolina Dry Docks and 10 Diamond Merkins on each of the bases.

Ran to Carrol Park and did same Merkin routine on the bases.

Ran to Maple park, did same Merkin routine on each of the two baseball Diamonds.

Ran towards the Diamond at Barrie, but time was tight and ended on the field at Irving where we did the last set of Merkins.

Mary: Flutter kicks and Box cutters.

If we shorten the warmup and run a little faster, we might be able to visit all 5 diamonds next time!
