The Thang – Tried out the F3 Cards
Started with 10 dips, 15 squats, 20 flutter kicks then ran a lap. Went down by one each set until we got to 5 dips, 10 squats, 15 flutter kicks
Blackjack – 16 slow squats, 5 shoulder taps and then laddered up and down until we got to 9 slow squats, 11 shoulder taps
Ended with 14 burpees.
