Coupon Mosey around the block with stops for….

Jump Squat with Rotation x 10

Man Maker x 10

Back Lunge x 10

Big Boy x 10

 

Thang 2:

Broke into teams of 2. 1st PAX jogged around block w/ coupon while the 2nd performed reps of the same exercises above. Everyone was in charge of their own reps starting with 10 of each and then working down to 1. The few and strong who finished began working their way back up to 10.
