Dip City welcomed Rombus, the new kid in town, for a Dean Smith 4 Corners Special. After a standard warmup, we headed out into the hood, towards Mich Ave, stopping at 4 corners – we went around twice – to complete some hard shite(bropees, derkins, dips, plank jacks, partner plank taps, big boi’s, etc)…We mixed in various runs, some step-ups and more dips, some bench and military presses at our new AO Gym, and finished with 4 MOM.
