Conditions: spring like, 61 degrees, partly cloudy
Warm-up: 20 side straddle hop, 15 Peter Parkers, 15 daisy pickers, 15 imperial walkers, fellowship warm-up run
Workout: dealers choice – each PAX had to lead a brief workout approximately 5 minutes. Exercises included, 50 yard sprints, 50 yard high knees, lunges, crab walks, bear crawls, 25 merkins, 25 burpees, BOMBS (burpees, overhead claps, merkins, big boy situps, squats).
COTS: As we slowly return back to semblance of normalcy, be prepared to push yourselves. Stick with the goals you’ve been working towards over the past year. Be proactive in recruiting new PAX. Reach out to neighbors, friends.
