Wreck Center 9/24/21: A beautiful sunny morning for a RunClub!
WARMER: We started with an @LED inspired jog around the field followed by side straddle hops, daisy pickers, skaters, and finished with @Cutter’s request some Abe’s forward & reverse.
THE THANG: Dealer’s choice meets RunClub
Mosey north a few blocks, then mosey west towards the high school.
We paired up into 2 PAX. One PAX jogs the lap around the parking garage while the other PAX pounded out their choice of reps. It was a variety of work including the flowing:
- Solo BOMBS
- Curls on the bike rack
- Lunges
- Squats
- Etc
After 5 laps, we headed back to the Wreck Center field for a Ticking Time BOMB starting with 5 reps.
- Ticking Time BOMB: 5 solo BOMBS on the end line, jog to midfield, sprint to end line. 4 solo BOMBS, jog & sprint. Rinse repeat 3 BOMS, 2 and 1.
MARY: sorry Iron PAX guys, but we hit the wall for 2 one minute wall sits
WORDS/COT: Create value in everything you do. When we got to our first AO this morning, it was Dealer’s Choice. It was up to each of us to put in as much effort as we wanted/needed. It was great seeing the team push each other.
(almost an FNG. Mark saw us working out and popped over after COT. We gave him F3 biz card and chatted. I had to dash to get kids, but he said he’d be back on Monday to join us.)
