-Scap Presses (10x) in DD position

-Scap Presses (5x) in Plank position

-Back Stretch in Cobra position w/ head tilt to left and right

-Repeat above in reverse

 

THE THANG – 4 Round partnered full-body strength workout w/Coupons

UPPER BODY – Rounds 1 & 2

Round 1: Partner walks ~35yds (audible from 50yds) out and back w/rifle-carried Coupon while partner performs below exercises in order, switching w/each exercise.

Round 2: Partner walks ~25yds (audible from~50yds) out and back w/farmer-carried Coupon while partner performs below exercises in order, switching w/each exercise.

  1. Chest –  Alternating side Merkins w/one hand on ground and one hand on Coupon.
  2. Back – Low rows w/Coupon.
  3. Biceps – Curls w/Coupon.
  4. Triceps – Dips on Coupon or nearby bench.

LOWER BODY – Rounds 3 & 4

Rounds 3 & 4 : Partner performs Big Boys while partner performs below exercises in order, switching at each exercise.

  1. Step-ups on bench – 10x each leg w/Coupon
  2. Squats – 30x w/Coupon
  3. Calf Raises – 10x each leg w/Coupon

 

Wrapped up with announcements and Words of Wisdom.
