5 for 5+.  Snowy one at The Commodore.  Lionel would be proud of the effort in this group.  Slow pace but dealing with the conditions made her a little slower than normal.  As our main man Escobar pointed out, this type of run gets us ready for any conditions come race day.  And that we are, ready for race day.

Great coffeeteria post-run in the comforts of the garage, out of the elements.   This group continues to amaze me with the resiliency & toughness yet the gentle, kind nature that each man displays when looking out for his brothers in the group.   It’s a great combination and true display of the male leadership we try to promote here in Evanston.
