Because it induces movement, leadership causes Disruption. Leadership wrenches people away from the place at which they were determined to remain. It causes them to question the foundation for their belief that their status quo was desirable and that stasis was in their best interest.

Seven PAX gathered for ‘The Patriot’ on a chilly March morning just as the sun started to show from the East. Our workout theme was based on disruption.

WARM UP:
— Side straddle hops
— Abe Vigoda’s (forward, backward)
— Seal clap, overhead clap
— Nikola stretch (neck, arms, hips, knees and feet)
— Daisy pickers
— Runner’s stretch (right, left, straight down)
— Calf stretch

Long mosey around the block and down to the Reading Room on Central Street.

WORKOUT:
D – Dips (100 total: 5 PAX lead counts of 20)

COT:
We thanked God for bringing us together and for watching over Borland and his family as they deal with the death of his Father-in-law. We asked for ongoing comfort and strength for RG3, his daughter and their entire family. We asked the same for Arica, Ladybug and their family. I forgot to include a prayer for Matthew, Seymour and his family but know we will all continue to keep them in our thoughts and prayers.
