Short round of sprints

4 minute side straddle hops with “Danger Zone” squats to Kenny Loggins

One minute increments with 20 second rests of the following:

Calf raises, Imperial Walkers, Dips, Steps, Incline merkins, Ice skaters, Over / unders with the knees, Abe Vigodas (windmills), American Hammers, Plank
