Though many of us have been sleeping in the last few days, 8 PAX met early in the mid-week holiday gloom to stoke the fires and share in some mumble chatter.
Conditions: Calm, 35 degrees and overcast. Streets were damp but most of the previous day’s snow had melted away.

We grabbed our coupons and setoff North on Lathrop to Greenfield and then West to Ashland.
At Ashland we paused for Set 1:

We proceeded South and pausing halfway to Division for Set 2:

Grave Digger x 10
Kettle Swing x10
We continued South, stopping at every corner to perform exercises, alternating between Set 1 and Set 2. Reps for each went to 15, then 20 and then back to 15. We turned East at Augusta before turning North on Jackson and returning to The Nunnery.
Countorama: 8 PAX strong. Not bad for a holiday week with many out of town or laying low due to the pandemic. Great to see @LeadPipe make his debut at The Nunnery, respect. Hope to see you out again soon.
COT: We thanked our creator for being able to share the holidays with friends and family. We asked for blessings to keep us safe during these times of heightened COVID and for strength to become better fathers, husbands, friends and neighbors in the year to come.
