The Thang

We did a quick run to a local school and paired up. I had a list of exercises (e.g., mountain climbers, Bobby Hurleys, etc.) that one partner did while the other ran to the end of the street. Successful leaders know how to deal with conflict in a productive, healthy way and do not shy away from addressing it. Conflict can often be unpleasant and difficult, but many times, needs to be faced to move forward. Encourage everyone to have grace for others – engage them in a productive, healthy way – to resolve or at least acknowledge the conflict.
