We are going to Grow Ruck today.  It will be a simple affair.  Every time we cross a street we will increase our exercises by 10%, rounded to the nearest integer.  When the exercises get too silly, we will switch from everyone doing them to first done.  When no one can finish them anymore, we will switch to a new game.

If you are the first person to the street, pick an exercise.  Pull ups were done at every playground!
