Three stations. Three Partners rotating at their own pace via fist bump. Station #1 PAX will always start the rotation among the three partners when they complete that station.
Station #1: 10 Blockees, 10 Burpees. Then make way to next station and fist bump teammate.
Station #2: BearCrawl to second cone (south end), and Complete 10 PlankJacks. Return with a CrawlBear to first cone (north end), and complete 10 LBC. Rinse and repeat until teammate arrives with fist bump.
4 corner dynamics movements with “OMBS” at each corner. Shuffle when traveling North and South, PowerSkips when traveling East and West.
Corner 1: Overhead Claps (10 reps)
Corner 2: Merkins (10 reps)
Corner 3: BigBoyz (10 reps)
Corner 4: Squats (10 reps)
Rinse and repeat until fist bumped by teammate.
