For the second round, we shorten the exercises slightly to 30 seconds, and for the third, we shortened it to 15 seconds (with 5-seconds rest/repositioning).

Circle of Trust:

I’ve learned a number of important lessons throughout the pandemic, one of which is to appreciate the small things in life, whether that’s a cup of coffee in the morning, throwing a ball in the backyard with my son, or movie night with my wife. There’s a lot in life we can’t control and so much uncertainty, but we can control what we focus on. All of these small things add up and helps reorient one’s perspective in a healthy way.

“I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live; also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil – this is God’s gift to man.” – Ecclesiastes 3: 12 – 13
