Practicing grace under pressure and learning to embrace thankfulness has been my theme this week. Got encouraged by words from Tron early in the week and trying to carry it forward. Not always easy, as I noticed a short fuse sometimes with my M and had to clean it up. Encourage us PAX to embrace the grateful nature, even when it feels hard. Bergundy shared that recent study shows grateful spirit has health impacts as well – so there we have it. It’s healthy to give it up and let go of stuff and just be thankful! Spoon out.
