3 HIMs showed up for the rising sun.  We said farewell to 2023 as we each took turns leading the ruck.  Each of us chose speed as we covered approximately 3.5 miles.

COT:  The holidays are over which only leads us into the darker parts of winter.  It’s time to lean on each other.
