Low 50’s, cool breeze, perfect morning to put in some work at the Weekly Grind.

8 PAX showed out for a tempo- and hill-themed run. PAX were tasked with being the rabbit at times while others gave chase. We also hit up our favorite parking garage twice for a push pace and an all-out sprint to the top level. 10 IC mountain climbers and merkins each time. We took the stairs down. Continued our rabbit chase back to Brothers K.

Prayers for one of Crimson’s colleagues – a young mom and wife gone too soon. Coat drive continues in support of WINGS in Chicago. We almost have 25 coats. Great event organized by THE Situation this past weekend at Harms Woods. Let’s keep showing up for one another and for the community.
