With lots of people out of town, the brave six of us ran to Holmes School and the park there where we celebrated past Presidents by doing;
O = 15 walk-Outs
B = 50 big boys
A = 25 count American Hammers
M = 25 mountain climbers
A = 10 archer merkins

Since Obama was elected twice, we did this set twice.

Afterward we ran to Scoville Park and did;
B = 25 burpees
I = 25 incline merkins
D = 25 decline merkins
E = 1 minute elbow plank
N = 40 no-stress squats on the park benches

Ran back Warrior style to wreck center and then enjoyed coffee at Fairgrounds
