WoR – 11 SSH, 11, Daisy Pickers, 11 AV’s Front and Back, 1/4 mile Mosey

The THANG: Well, you guessed it, 11’s.  Used Burpees and Merkins as the exercises with a 40 yard Bear Crawl between each set.

MARY: 1/4 mile mosey, 11 4-count flutter kicks IC. (wanted to do more but the pax were enjoying the Burpees and Bear Crawls too much and I couldn’t get them away faster!)

CoT:  Announcements and then it’s the Combine so we had a discussion on Pressure.  How we Handle it.  How we Address it.
