The Thang
Worked our way around the Tundra stopping for:
-Stop 1: Block Merkins/Block Rows/Burpees/Repeat
-Stop 2: Curls/Dips/Clurpees/Repeat (Clurpee=Burpee with clap merkin)
-Stop 3: Overhead Press/Block Swing/Yurpee/Repeat
(Yurpee=Clurpee with 2x tuck jump on the up)
-Stop 4: Wide Merkins/Wide Rows under picnic tables/Blockies/Repeat
-Final Stop: tennis courts with 2 options until time is called:
Option 1 – shuttle/suicide run (aka “Cocaine Bear” – do every white line)
-Option 2 – Failure to Launch (10sec Al gore + tuck jump + repeat)
