Broga Workout (w/ 57 pushups in between poses + Abs)

1.25 laps around AO ending at pavilion

Started standing stretch and performed sequence upward dog, 2 breaths (inhale through nose, exhale out mouth) 3 pushups into downward dog, 1 breath then another, on exhale float foot to sky behind, 1 breath, then another on exhale swing foot forward.  Performed right than left sides for the following moves:

Runners pose

Crescent pose

Warrior One

Warrior Two

Reverse Warrior

Warrior Three


Chair Break for 3 breaths then from standing without pushups performed the following on right and left sides:

Triangle Pose

Twisting Triangle


Back to sequence with pushups and following moves:

Standing splits

Half Moon

Twisting half moon

Finish push up sequence then jump up to namaste.


Sit on Floor for  stretches:

Cobbler pose (groin and hips)

One legged hamstring

Seated spinal stretch, one leg out other leg crossed over with foot on ground, opposite arm to knee spinal stretch

Opposite foot on opposite knee bring foot in stretch glute

Drop foot on knee to that side, twist opposite arm to knee and spinal stretch


Touch the sky (20 sec elevated shoulder blades, 20 sec elevated heals, 20 seconds both)

Windshield wipers, both legs, right than left x5

30 second Boat

Finished with happy baby (on back pull legs into chest grab feet with hands and roll on back)
