Warm Up: Side Straddle Hops and a .25 mile jog to our main workout site
The Workout: PAX partner up. One partner jogs to the top of a nearby highway bridge and back (~.6 miles) while other partner works towards a shared set of exercises. Then partners switch. This continues for the duration. Exercises are 100 big boys, 200 merkins, 300 squats, and 400 flutter kicks.
Closing Out: Jog back to starting point, count, names, and announcements (8/31 fellowship dinner, Iron Pax, and save the date for late September gathering at OPFS (Fogger is contact)
