The weather was colder than a Grady Dick #4 game winning shot.
Pax paired up and were given their work out. Four regions were set up. 16 exercises in each round. 225 reps. Most got through 2 1/2 regions before time was up. We dove deep into the exicon and it was tough mainly because of the bitter cold.
