Quick warmup: Side straddle hops, toe taps (slow cadence), arms rolls and claps, back and glute stretches
Divide PAX into 4 groups, and rotate through 4 groups of exercises using tabata format while listening to some classic rock from Mr. David Bowie. Each group consists of three exercises (two moving and one iso-).
Group A: Pullups, Dips, Decline plank
Group B: Blockies, coupon surls, “coupon hugger” (tree hugger while holding a coupon)
Group C: Military press, Bench press, Hollow body hold
Group D: Big boy situps, Calf raises w/ coupon, Balls to wall
Tabatta settings: exercise 45 seconds, rest 10 seconds between exercises within a group, rest 30 seconds between groups of exercies.
