Teams of 2. First PAX runs lap while Second PAX bombs out reps. Pass the baton each lap while counting reps cumulatively.
100 overhead claps
Finished the BOMBS with some quick MARY, flutter kicks for all.
Mosey north around the high school stopping 3 times to drop a minibomb: 1 burpee, 1 overhead, 1 merkin, 1 bigboy, 1 squat. Continue back to da Wreck

WORDS: Cutter & I were chatting the other day and he mentioned he liked a couple of the workouts I’ve run back numerous times (obv one of them being Bombing Scoville). CowboyMouth has dropped the weight circuit and the shadow boxing beatdowns a few times which are great.
Moral of the story, snag a Q and have a couple of quick workouts/tracks you can throw down in case there is an open Q. Get some!
