The Thang Part 1:
Moving East/West short ends of neighborhood blocks. Start at Lathrop and Greenfield: Travel East on Greenfield with a partner.
To Start both partners FarmerCarry their blocks to first intersection. When you arrive..
Partner 1: Runs back (without block) to previous intersection and back. Swaps out with partner.
Partner 2: starts working on 100 cumulative reps of specific exercise (listed below). Switching out with partner every time they return. Once the pair completes the 100 reps they can start to FarmerCarry to next intersection.
This rotation of running, reps, and farmer carry continues for 4 blocks. When you arrive at finish line you start completing Blockees. Stop the Blockee Party when last team arrives. Most team Blockees completed wins!
Exercises: Bicep Curls, KettleBells, Chest Press, Tricep dips (butt touches ground).
Thang Part 2:
Ruck back and stop at every intersection.
First stop: 50 weighted Squats
Second stop: 20 weighted lunges
Third Stop 20 window wipers
*Blockees if you ever finish early
Waking up early to workout isn’t easy. Especially, when it’s -16 windchill. Every person that showed up today and got their work in, showed what they are made of.
