The Thang Part 1:
Moving East/West short ends of 5 neighborhood blocks. Start at Bellforte and Greenfield: Travel East on Greenfield with a partner.
To Start both partners FarmerCarry their blocks to first intersection. When you arrive..
Partner 1: Runs back (without block) to previous intersection and back. Swaps out with partner.
Partner 2: starts working on 100 cumulative reps of specific exercise (listed below). Switching out with partner every time they return. Once the pair completes the 100 reps they can start to FarmerCarry to next intersection.
This rotation of running, reps, and farmer carry continues for 5 blocks. When you arrive at finish line you start completing Blockees. Stop the Blockee Party when last team/person arrives.
Exercises: Bicep Curls, KettleBells, Chest Press, Tricep dips (butt touches ground), squats.
Thang Part 2:
Ruck back and stop at every intersection. Each milestone intersection complete 10 reps of one listed exercise above.

I feel it’s important to occasionally remind yourself that YOU are needed at home. Your wives, children, siblings, etc. need you. Don’t let yourself forget how important we out in our little worlds.
Also, shout out to Yadi, who just welcomed Baby Boy #2 into his family. Hugh Houts is the name.. and I might say, it’s a pretty badass name. Yadi is, very much so, a needed person in his household.
