5 joined for a balmy run along Lake Michigan. We had our cake and ate it too with 40% of PAX present celebrating their birthday week. 5 miles logged, coffeeteria after. Mixed in some derkins, dips, and a few burpees for good measure. Got the hard work done early and survived the cold with warm vibes and fellowship. Thankful for this group.
