The Thang: 3 mile Ruck in a diamond shape stopping at “bases” to exercise.

1st Base (Beye School) – 14 diamond merkins, 20 upright rowstyle

2nd Base (Stevenson Ballfield). Pax start at each base. Home does 14 blockies w/ pack then jog to 1st. 1st does AMRAP curls w/ pack then lunge walk to 2nd.  2nd does AMRAP squats w/ pack then bear crawl to 3rd.  3rd does AMRAP LBC’s then jog home.

3rd Base (Monkey Island): Farmer carry pack around monkey island, switching hands 1/2 way then rifle carry 1/2 way around Monkey Island.  Head to AO.
