COT:

An old trainer of mine used to talk about the importance of balance in exercise.  He would go as far as to bring out left-handed clubs on at the driving range to swing as many left handed as he did right handed (he was a little intense).

But, I tried to incorporate balance into the workout today.  Whatever we did on one side, we tried to do on the other side.  Additionally, we’d do one hard workout and then move into something less taxing, but still good for us.

Talked about the importance of balance in everyday life and to stay focused in both the crazy times and the downtime.
