Fresh off spring break, it was a return to the gloom for many pax. YHC pulled a repeat of an RA-inspired, arms-heavy tabata beatdown that kept us grinding straight through.


Warm Up –
 SSH x30 IC; Abe Vigodas fwd/bkwd x10 each IC; Imperial Walkers x10 IC; Daisy Cutters x10IC; Mountain Man Poopers x10IC; Mosey to retrieve coupons, then back to the parking lot..

The Thang – RA-inspired, Tabata-style, arms-heavy grinder. 8 sets of 8 exercises, 20s on 10s off with 30s rest between each exercise.

CoT – We’re all busy. It’s too easy to fall into autopilot and let your to do list run your life. One way to avoid that is committing to do those special things you always said you wanted to do, but somehow never seem to. YHC challenges all of you to pick something and lock those plans in early.
