65 degrees and low humidity felt really refreshing this morning.

6 HIMs showed up for the 5:30am Eagle’s Landing Run Club.

Thang 1:

Four of us had to complete the Army Physical Fitness Test to end the Phoenix Challenge.

2 Minutes AMRAPs Big Boys

2 mile run for time

Thang 2:

The two other HIMs were sent on a few loops around the neighborhood in some routes planned by the one and only @RA while the Army test was being administered.

COT:

The Phoenix Challenge was well planned out and administered.  Thanks to @cutter and @alliance for their thoughtfulness in planning the challenge.  Many of us improved on our scores.  I am thankful and in awe of all the HIMs in our group who show up in the gloom while others sleep.  Constant improvement creates acceleration and success in life.  My apologies to @Kodak about the lack of a good photo but this old Clydesdale wasn’t thinking and took this photo of the start / finish line.  @Sheriff was too quick to make it into the frame.
