Wonderful 68° cloudy morning with 9 pax looking to get after it and have a little fun on the holiday weekend.
WoR: Motivators 8, AV 8 front, 8 back, Seal clap 8, overhead clap 8, MMP 17, mosey to football field
Thang 1: Each pax takes a turn throwing the football. reps based on distance thrown: 30-40 yds = 35 reps or 20-30 yds = 30 reps. exercises were Merkins (3 sets), Sumo squats (2 sets), Big Boy (2 sets), Shoulder taps 2 is 1 (2 sets)
Thang 2: Ultimate football, like ultimate frisbee. When one team scored they’d call out an exercise and offense would do 15 reps, defense would do 25 reps. Exercises called out included burpees, bear crawls merkins, big boys, and 3 or 4 more I don’t recall. Mosey back to AO
Mary: Freddy Mercury, box cutter, chris christies all to 17. Held Plank while Q passed around phone to pax so they could sign up for a Q at City Limits. If they didn’t sign up for a Q, all pax did 5 merkins.
