Received a slight break from the heat at The Patriot this morning. 2 PAX for a Combine special.
Started with some SSHs, runner’s stretch, windmills, groin stretches, and then a mosey around the block.

Enjoyed getting to spend more time 1-on-1 with Ned Ryerson, especially since I’ll miss his 40th bday celebration this week. This group is filled with guys just trying to get a little bit better every.day. Proud to be one of them.
