AO Search Committee Humboldt Park

4 men braved the fresh powder in the park named after Alexander von Humboldt.

We started with the warm up at the Boathouse:

5 Finger Death Punches x 15 IC (from a wide squat punches with finger spreads at the end)

Groiners x 10 IC

High Knees x 20 IC

Abe Vigodas x 10 IC

Butt Kickers x 20 IC

Toe taps x 20 IC

Mosey through the park past the statue of von Humboldt, the ballsy bison, National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts Culture, and Allstate turf soccer field followed by

Australian Snow Angels x 10 IC

Dips x 25

Mosey down Luis Munoz Marin Drive past the basketball courts and batting cages to the corner of division for

Bonnie Blairs x 20

Merkins x 20

Mosey across Division to the Thang at Bunker Hill

11’s with burpees at the bottom and star jumps at the top with a bear crawl up and careful jog down. I unfortunately underestimated the time requirement and we did not finish our 11’s in the allotted time.

Mosey back to Boathouse and finish with 20 American Hammers IC.
